My Hot Bag

Instructions

• Only to be heated in a microwave with a spinning base. Acaution- the bag does get very hot. 
• Heat for 1:30 to 2:10 minutes, depending on your microwave power. Heating any more, might burn and damage the natural wheat inside.
• It stays hot for around 30 minutes. When it cools a little, just put it back for 30 seconds and it will be hot again.
• Microwave use only.

Uses

• Menstrual cramps pain relief
• Ease sore muscles
• Warm compress to relieve pressure in your sinuses
• The bag can also be put in the freezer for a few hours. and can be used as a cold compress.

Care

• The outer bag is removable and must be hand washed with cold water only. Let it drip dry.
• The inner bag cannot be washed as it is filled with heat treated wheat grain. Liquids will spoil the contents of this inner bag.
• All the natural cotton materials have been pre-washed.
