Instructions

Unfasten all straps and hook and loop. Place heel in the middle of the device with the ball of the foot resting on the rigid side of the brace. With the shin at a 90 degree angle to the floor, first fasten brace around the forefoot, then around the ankle. Finally, pull the tension straps tight around the foot, crisscrossing the straps across the front of the ankle and attaching to the rear of the brace.
