Terms and Conditions for Equipment Rental

These terms govern the rental of equipment offered by Sehaaonline (“The Lessor”). By proceeding with a rental, the customer (“The Lessee”) agrees to abide by the following terms:

1. Ownership and Condition of Equipment

The rented equipment is the property of Sehaaonline and is provided in good working condition. The Lessee agrees to return the equipment in the same condition at the end of the rental period.

2. Rental Period

The equipment is rented for a specified period, which is agreed upon at the time of rental. Extensions to the rental period must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the original return date, subject to approval.

3. Liability

Sehaaonline is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the use of the rented equipment. The Lessee assumes all responsibility for the equipment during the rental period.

4. Indemnification

The Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Sehaaonline harmless from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from the use of the equipment.

5. Damage or Loss

The Lessee is responsible for any damage, theft, loss, or destruction of the rented equipment during the rental period. The Lessee agrees to pay for any repair or replacement costs as determined by Sehaaonline.

6. Late Returns

If the equipment is not returned by the agreed-upon return date, the Lessee will be charged a daily late fee until the equipment is returned.

7. Payment Terms

All rental fees must be paid in advance. A copy of the Lessee’s valid identification may be required at the time of delivery.

8. No Refunds

No refunds will be issued if the equipment is returned before the agreed rental period ends.

9. Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start date will incur a fee of 50% of the total rental amount.
