Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed after the product(s) was booked with advance payment or was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will be mentioned with the same on the product page.

* Some health and personal care items including but not limited to lingerie, compression Garments and incontinence products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned after 7 days after delivery

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order before the product in shipped to the provided address within 7 days, If the payment was made in advance. Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Custom Made Orders

* Any custom made product will not be refunded

* Advance payment for custom made orders will not be refunded

* Any custom order(s) waiting for collection more than 90 days form the date of the order will be returned to supplier, any advance payment will not be refunded in this case.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sehaaonline.com and we will arrange the pick up of the item to be returned.

Shipping

To return your product, you should send us an email on info@sehaaonline.com and we will arrange the pickup of the product from the address where it was originally delivered

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs (AED 21) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
